Change of Mind Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as our products require specific compatibility, please select your items carefully. Fees and charges apply to "Change of Mind" returns, including situations where a product is incompatible with your specific door type.
Fees and Charges:
- Restocking Fee: 20% of the product’s selling price will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping Recovery (For "Free Shipping" orders): A $30 flat fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping Recovery (For "Paid Shipping" orders): The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
💡 Pro Tip: Reduce your restocking fee to only 10% by choosing a Store Credit instead of a refund!
Return Requirements & Condition
To qualify for a return, products must be in original, as-new condition with all accessories included. Items must not be damaged while in your possession or during transit back to us.
Mandatory Packaging Guidelines: to ensure the product is protected during transit, you must:
- Place the product in its original foam pouch or soft wrapping.
- Secure the product inside its original cardboard box.
- Use bubble wrap or void filler to ensure no items are "rattling" inside the box.
- Ensure loose accessories are in their designated pockets—do not let them touch the main product to avoid scratches/dents.
- Wrap the outer cardboard box in a minimum of 3 layers of bubble wrap before placing it in a courier satchel.
- Do not affix postage labels directly to the product packaging; use an outer bag or box.
Note: We recommend using tracked and insured mail. Duiker Technologies is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all products are eligible for return. However, the following are excluded:
- Special orders or custom-configured items.
- Items purchased with a specific "Non-Returnable" discount.
- Products not in original packaging or missing parts.
Warranty & Faulty Products
We stand by the quality of our range. Please refer to the specific product page for individual warranty periods.
- Installation: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or lack of maintenance. We strongly recommend professional installation.
- Liability: Our warranty covers product replacement or refund only. Duiker Technologies is not liable for any third-party labor costs or additional expenses.
- Replacements: If an identical part is unavailable, a similar part or a full refund will be provided.
- Claims: Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
